Option 1. 


If the email address is not displayed on your device, follow the steps below:


  • Open left menu → Profile →  Edit → Change email → Input current password → Input new email address.


Option 2. 


If you have forgotten your account address or you no longer have access to the Content Office app, please send us a request including all possible email addresses you may have used to register and we will do our best to resolve this issue for you.
