Option 1. 

If the email address is not displayed on your device, follow the steps below:

  • Open the menu tab on the left hand side → Profile → Edit profile → Edit email address → Input current password → Input new email address.

Option 2. 

If you have forgotten your account address or you no longer have access to Content Office app, please send us a request including all possible email addresses you may have used to register and we will do our best to resolve this issue for you.

Option 3. 

In the case that you are unable to restore your email address linked to Content Office, and you have used it to purchase a subscription:

  1. Please create a new account on Content Office.
  2. In order to restore purchases, please find a bill sent to your Apple ID email address by Apple.
  3. Alternatively, open your iPhone Settings →[your name] → iTunes Store & App Store.
  4. Tap on your Apple ID → View Apple ID.
  5. Scroll down to Purchase History and tap on it.
  6. Take a screenshot of the bill.
  7. Please send us request attaching a screenshot of the bill.
