I’ve purchased a subscription, but it didn’t update within 24 hours.
- Please, find your app purchase invoice from App Store in your e-mail.
- Or tap Preferences on your iPhone, iPad >[your name] > iTunesStore and App Store.
- Tap Apple ID and choose See Apple ID.
- Scroll to Purchase History section and tap it.
- Your purchases are sorted by payment date. You can see Pending section at the top. All the purchases in this section wasn’t processed yet.
- If purchases was processed, but subscription didn't update within 24 hours, please send us request.
- Please, attache a screenshot of your invoice.
