Please, check your payment information at AppStore:
- Tap Preferences menu on your device→[username] → Payment and delivery. You might need to enter yourApple IDpassword.
- Choose a current payment method. If you are using Family Assess feature, only the Family Assess admin can update payment information.
- Enter the new payment information or check the current information.
- Tap Save button.
- Restart an app.
- Open Content Office again.
