Please, check your payment information at AppStore:

  • Tap Preferences menu on your device→[username] → Payment and delivery. You might need to enter yourApple IDpassword.
  • Choose a current payment method. If you are using Family Assess feature, only the Family Assess admin can update payment information.
  • Enter the new payment information or check the current information.
  • Tap Save button.
  • Restart an app.
  • Open Content Office again.
