If an error message pops up saying ‘Unable to purchase a subscription’, please follow the instructions below:
- Please update the app to the latest available version.
- Go to the Menu tab on the left-hand side > Log out > Log out from the Content Office app > Log back in.
- Please try making the purchase again.
In the case that the payment has not yet gone through but is displayed as pending in your Purchase History, please follow the instructions below:
- To resolve this issue, you may need to update your payment details and pay any outstanding bills.
- You can update your payment details on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch Settings or using iTunes on your Mac or PC. If you have any outstanding bills, you will not be able to click on‘No’.
- After payment details have been updated, App Store or iTunes Store will run an attempt to bill you on any outstanding bills using the new payment method.
