Make sure that you have enabled Content Office notifications in Settings.
In Content Office, go to the menu tab on the left > Settings > Privacy > Turn on notifications.
Re-load the app.
Go to the date and time set up screen and make sure notifications are turned on.
Check that notifications are now working correctly. Set a date and time and wait to receive your notification.
