1. Update the Content Office app to the latest available version (You could check Content Office latest update trough App Store search);
  2. Reconnect your Instagram personal account with CO again: Open left menu > Profile > Select a project > Logout your Instagram.
  3. Connect your Instagram account again.

4. In the meantime, one more solution has been put in place to stop this error from happening:

  • Add new empty post to your feed;
  • Switch to ‘Planing’ mode, tap the icon ‘Calendar’ in the right corner;
  • Select new post → Tap ‘Pin’;
  • Open Instagram > Copy post’s link
  • Open Content Office > Tap ‘Paste’.
