- If you choose Professional connection and see the status ‘Not connected’ on the ‘Choose page’ dialog, your Instagram account is not connected to your Facebook Business Page. Read the article: How to connect a Facebook Page to your Instagram account
- If an Instagram account is not displayed or it cannot be selected from the list after connection, you need to update the Facebook Business connection with Content Office. See p.4 in the article How to update Instagram Business account connection with Content Office
