I’ve lost my Content Office account password


You can reset your password in two ways:

  1. On the login screen, click the 'Forgot password?' and follow the instructions.
  2. If you have CO access, open the Profile tab → Edit account data → Reset password.



I have forgotten my Content Office account email address


If you have forgotten your account address or you no longer have access to the Content Office app, please contact us including all possible email addresses you may have used to register and we will do our best to resolve this issue for you.



I’ve lost my Instagram password


If you have forgotten your Instagram password, you will have to reset it directly through the Instagram app.
