When you’re trying to connect your Instagram account as Professional, it requires your to pass authorisation on Facebook. There are most common issues which can cause errors:

1. If you have an error right after you return back from the authorisation flow on Facebook, then check if Tracking is turn on for Content Office app:

  • On iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch: Go to Settings -> Privacy & Security -> Tracking → Tap to turn on permission to track for a specific app.
  • On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, go to Settings > Search the Content Office app -> Turn on Tracking.
  • Restart Content Office app: Remove app from the list of opened apps → Open the Content Office app

2. If you have an error already in the Content Office app when you select a Facebook page to connect from the list, then check if it shows under the page a connected Instagram account. If it says “Not connected”, then it means that your Instagram account is not connected to the page or your Facebook user doesn’t have enough permissions on the Facebook page.
